Privacy Policy

New Hope for Women holds all personal information in strict confidence. We value the privacy of our clients and donors, and we understand that it is important to maintain the integrity of personal information. We will make good faith efforts to correct your personal data if it is inaccurate, and delete it when requested.

When you use the contact form on our website, you will be required to provide your name and email address. You will also be asked for your mailing address and phone number. If you choose to provide your address, you will be added to New Hope’s mailing list unless you specify that you wish to be excluded. We do not share our mailing list.

Client Confidentiality

New Hope for Women collects personal information when you contact one of our offices for services. We will use this information to ensure the quality and continuity of the services you receive, or to send you information about our services if you request that we do so.

We will not provide your personal information to any agency or individual without your permission.

Exceptions:

Many of our state, federal, and private funding sources require that we submit statistical reports about the services we have provided. These reports consist of numbers of clients served, and the hours of service provided, and do not include personal information about our clients.

You may decide not to provide us with personal information. However, we feel that we are better able to offer quality service when clients are willing to share some personal information.
